We have just uploaded a new demonstration program
to invert 2-D magnetotelluric geophysical data.
The above is performed via a 2-D Niblett-Bostick approach.

It is on-line and free for the time being (see tutorial below).

We have just entered a contest by AMD. We hope to win those 48-Cores!.
Versamedium Web Services has reached a point in technology development. That allows for testing of services via internet. We have uploaded and released the versa-client.c source code (25 KBytes), which is the main core communications program based in internet sockets. It should be fairly easy to port this program to several platforms.
Download a test-matrix.dat (38 KBytes).
gcc versa-client.c -lm -o versa-client
./versa-client www.versamedium.com 8888 0 test-matrix.dat
If everything is right? you should see this output log:
If the above program could be compiled with C with the sockets library. Then you can solve complex optimization problems, even from within your phone gadget.
If you want to run a demo program application that uses versa-client?. Follow instructions in the versa-ves geophysical Nonlinear 1-D Vertical Electric Sounding Inversion. Alternativelly Linearized Magnetotelluric 2-D Inversion.
